Well, we have been with WestHost now for three months, and so far so good, they have dealt with everything we have thrown at them from 'newbie' v.p.s. Questions through to increased site visitors – all with NO problems!

WebHost run even their basic packages on a v.p.s. System so, at least in theory, any problems which bestauction site may experience does not impact on WetHost's other clients. So far so good!

Their Help Desk has usually got back to us, we usually contact them by email, within two to three hours unless it's been a weekend and a required 'expert' may not be on duty until Monday. Although, to be fair, that only happened on ONE occasion before we became a client of theirs.
